Dale Pleven
Dale Pleven serves as the Building Manager at St. Paul’s Anglican Church, supporting the daily operation and upkeep of our historic facilities in the West End. Drawing on years of hands-on experience in property care and practical repair work, he helps ensure that our buildings remain functional and ready for the many ministries, programs, and community groups that use our space throughout the week.
